Everybody is naked at some point in their lives.
Duration: 6min
Format: Super 8mm
Genre: Experimental Documentary
This short experimental documentary film shot on super 8mm in black and white looks at the creative process of Artist and Photographer Selina Mayer. The film asks if there is a link between the sexualisation of the naked form as a default mode in contemporary society and the ease in which we acquire images in the digital age while also addressing the universal artist’s dilemma of sending work out into the world and thus loosing control of how it is perceived.
The film is accessible on paid-for streaming site The Darkroom Rumour
